Last Listing description (May 2013)

A Green, Friendly Home
Bill has lived here 53 years and loved every minute of it. He likes being about a kilometre from the shops and primary school, the beach a little further on is also a highlight. The yard has been good to Bill, the gardens have provided much produce including peaches, plums, raspberries, potatoes, beans and lettuce to name a few. With a smile he says he will leave the glass house... currently a little slower than usual for tomatoes. Tinkering in the garage workshop brings a many a fond memory and he comments that the garden shed is not as orderly as it once was. Bill enjoys sitting in the indoor/outdoor zone which connects to the utility area of the home. A compact Kitchen flows to a dining area with a Mitsubishi heatpump (reverse cycle air-conditioned). Wide hall ways join to the bright lounge and forward to the covered entry/patio and the 2 large double bedrooms. This home is as friendly as it is green.
Additional feature/s - Airconditioning.
