Freeway background noise can be heard from one end of the block but after only a short time of living there, we found it no longer noticeable. If you lived further away youd not have the convenience of easy access to everything.

Walking distance to Cleland National Park (2 min), Crafers Park n Ride Bus (5 min Crafers pub (7 min), Crafers Primary school (15 min), Heathfield High bus leaves from Crafers Park n Ride, Drive to the CBD straight down the freeway (20 min or 30 min in peak hr)
