The family have left home and the vendors are considering retirement and will sell both properties as a going concern. They planted and established this Orchard from vacant land and consists of 1217 Kensington pride Quality Trees which are in prime condition having always been well maintained to produce prime quality fruit for market and juice.
Last year's production was 13,824 Trays of fresh fruit for market and 31,000 kg of fruit for processing for juice. The Orchard is trickle irrigated with water from a dam at the rear of the property. A Centrifugal pump with a 3 cylinder Deutz Engine supplies water through the trickle system.
