A Warwick cattle crush in good working order as well as a weighbox and loading ramp with B double access. Water is also connected and services the cattle yards.

IMPROVEMENTS:- A 4 bedroom weatherboard home with established garden and trees, additional sleep out or guest accommodation. The home has dual living area, slow combustion heater and split system as well. This residences is currently tenanted to long term tenants, who would be interested to stay on. Several smaller sheds, suitable for farm machinery/storage are also present on "Boomey Hills".
