Owner's Comments

Ten years ago we moved from acreage out of town into O'Connor. Our three children were at various stages of secondary and tertiary education and O'Connor seemed a logical choice for its convenient location to amenities, universities and work situations for us all.

The house we purchased, known as Pasmore Cottage, was being run as a "bed and breakfast" and we loved the character that it had. We engaged the services of an architect to design renovations that retained the original character of the house. Most of the renovations were completed over the first two years and since then we have continued to make changes and improvements internally and externally including low maintenance gardens and private outdoor areas.
There is a 'studio' at the rear of the house that has been used at times as a home office, extra sleeping area for visitors or just for additional storage.

The last major renovation in 2009 was the rebuilding of the main bedroom which is a great space having a generous ensuite and walk in robe and underfloor heating throughout which makes for very comfortable living through winter months.
