Last Listing description (June 2021)

Chiara and Steven stubbled across their spacious 4 bedroom home on a hot day and it wasn't just the AC that got their attention.

"We were driving around in our car with no AC on an extremely hot Saturday looking at homes. We saw one with a driveway that was too steep for my pride and joy (AKA the car), so didn't even stop to go in leaving time before the next house on the list.
Driving around, trying to keep cool, we saw that this house was open and said '(delete explicit) it, that is bound to have the AC on so lets go in and cool off'. Once inside, we discovered it actually ticked all the boxes!"

"All I wanted was a walk-in pantry, walk-in robe and heaps of storage space. All Steven wanted was a garage big enough for his car.
Well, this house ticked all those boxes and then I saw the oven, well that was it for me. I was in love and wasn't even interested in looking any further."

"With a large family, we just knew that the best place to set up for family dinners was in the front room. The huge corner window provides an amazing view.
Often you spot the large family of kangaroos hanging out in the paddock, but they don't really come over here. They just say 'Hi' from across the road".
