Jill Goode’s story echoes the lifestyle she has sold over the years. Jill and husband Bob bought their first house in Melbourne’s Middle Park and immediately fell in love with real estate. After 10 years of four-seasons-in-one-day weather and a fantastic holiday in Noosa, the family was bundled into the station wagon for the sea-change of a lifetime. Their first business was a kit home building company in Sunshine Beach Road, the first log cabin was their display home and Jill’s new understanding of building and architecture would prove to be advantageous.
