I am a highly motivated professional, I am passionate about Real Estate and have worked in the Industry for over 30 years! My long standing career with Tobin Real Estate began in 1995 and I am very proud to be celebrating my 26th year with the company. Initially, I came to the office in the role of Property Manager and was responsible for the management of over 500 Rental Properties. The position gave me the opportunity to further develop and hone my communication and negotiation skills as well as gain a first hand insight into Investment Property and all its challenges and rewards. While we no longer have a Rent Roll at our office, many of my Lessors remain as Real Estate clients and it is so rewarding to have built such relationships. Having worked in this locality for such a long time, I have accumulated a vast knowledge and understanding of our local area and, just as importantly, our local market conditions.
