A third generation Cheltenham resident, nobody knows and loves the local area more than Belinda. Respected for her ability to build rapport and develop long term trusted relationships, Belinda’s strengths lie in her communication skills, direct demeanour and exceptional local network. Positive, focused and professional, she has extensive knowledge of real estate in the Northern Suburbs and loves the large blocks and character homes of the area. Belinda holds degrees in Law and Economics and practised law for a decade before joining the real estate industry. Her competitive nature, negotiation skills and genuine passion for property give her an edge in the local market.
