About Agency

Alumuna Property was created from Beth and Scott's desire to enhance the real estate experience for investors, tenants, buyers, sellers as well as industry stakeholders more broadly. Beth has worked for multiple different agencies and has had her own not so great property experiences. Alumuna Property was created to not only get the best financial results for its clients, but also to better all aspects of the property journey. Beth has worked in the property industry for 14 years and started as a Receptionist in her first year out of high school. Since then she has worked as a Property Management Assistant, Property Manager, Head of Department - Residential Property Management, Commercial Leasing Executive and Residential Sales Agent. As well as the agency roles and adding to her broad experience, Beth has also worked for the Valuer General of NSW and for a property Lawyer.
