WHEN ROD HART WAS LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY ALL THESE FACTORS SAID TO HIM IT WAS THE PERFECT PROPERTY AND HE PAID THE ASKING PRICE.
ROD AND HIS WIFE HAVE MAINTAINED AND DONE A FEW IMPROVEMENTS OVER THE YEARS INCLUDING ADDING AN ENSUIT AND AN UPPER DECK AREA. THEY ALSO DID A MAKEOVER A FEW YEARS AGO WITH SOME FURTHER ADDITIONS.
