Wiluna is located 950kms north east of Perth on the junction of the historic Gunbarrell Hwy and Canning Stock Route. In the 30's, Wiluna was a thriving gold mining area, with a population in excess of 8,000 people and 4 Hotels located within the Town
Since its heyday, the population of Wiluna has shrunk to approx. 350 residents, but more recently the area has seen a resurgence due to increased mining activity. Gold has again been found with a company starting up mining, Lithium and Uranium has been found and pegged.

The Club Hotel is now the only Liquor and accommodation outlet in Town.
It is a 1930's 2 Storey building with Motel units at the rear. There is also a Caravan Park at the rear of the Motel.
When it was run by the previous owners the hotel had quite a large turnover.During the tourism season (May to September) it was generally fully booked as was the Caravan Park due to the 'grey nomads' travelling the historic highways
