Details : The house is Farmhouse styled and set on 8.2 acres, however the acreage does not come with the property and the owner will have access to the farm land and two of the buildings. All grounds maintenance is done by the owner including gardening and watering, just sit back and relax! However, your own raised organic veggie beds are available if you feel so inclined. Due to the presence of a farm dam below the house, and the steep riverbank beyond, the house may not suitable for small children (drowning risk.) Pets by arrangement however large dogs (above the size of a large cat) would not suit as sheep graze close to the house .
