We have thoroughly enjoyed living in our vibrant inner city suburb of West Leederville and watching it evolve into a great precinct with fantastic shopping, entertainment and convenient transport options. We love being within easy walking distance of the supermarket, gym, Leederville caf strip and Lake Monger, but with new grandkids visiting from all parts of Australia we now need a bit more space to accommodate them. We will definitely miss our much loved home for the last 18 years, with its backyard oasis, but family comes first!
