*The new Owners will be granted a new lease of 25 years with a further two options of 25 years + Shire rates ($1,488).
*Once the Transfer to the new lessee has occurred, a Variation of Lease document will be lodged by the Department of Lands to change the commencement date of the lease to the date of Transfer. The new lease term will be 25 years with two further terms of 25 years, commencing on the Transfer date.
