Last Listing description (November 2020)

I knew a buyer would see this property and fall in love instantly with what the current owner has done. So much so that the buyer placed an offer that day before it could even officially hit the market.

So what made the buyer fall in love so quickly?

It's a neat and tidy home with attractive street appeal. There are 2 driveways on either side for convenience with one of the driveways leading into the backyard where it makes life a lot easier for boats, caravans and extra cars.

What would have originally been the front patio has been converted into an extra room with a sliding door to make further use of the space if extra guests over are present.

Gorgeous floorboards flow throughout the open plan kitchen and living space. Winter will be a treat with the new wood fire and summer that is just around the corner is taken care of also with a new evaporative air-conditioner.

The 3 bedrooms are accessed off the main living area and are all decently sized. The main bedroom has a new reverse cycle wall unit for added comfort.

New tiles in bathroom really made an impact on how the bathroom looks today. There is a shower over bath, vanity and the toilet is separate so both can be used at once.

One of my personal favourite features of the property is the outdoor entertaining area. It makes for the perfect area to host family gatherings or simply just to sit back, relax and have a barbeque.

The owner said to me "everything works" which added to making the buyers decision easy. The price tag wasn't so bad either with a listing price of $165 000.

A very happy buyer with a very happy seller.
