But a small heater allows the apartment to get nice and toasty in the winter. The bedroom benefits from a blackout blind ideal for those lazy Sunday lie-ins before wandering outside and enjoying a coffee in the shade of the palm trees.
The garden is a shared space and is looked after by Simon and Ros but on the whole, you will have it all to yourself.
There is on-street parking and parking is available on the driveway during the week when Simon and Ros are not in town.
A large secure storage building is available for storage of bikes and sporting gear etc. The Laundry is shared with the main house.
A hot/cold outside shower is currently being installed behind a screen of Star Jasmin vines, perfect for a rinse down after a swim at Leighton beach, or the secret swimming beach on the river a few hundred meters away.
Rent is 400 a week inclusive of all bills (internet is not included) for a minimum lease term of 6 months. Bond = 4 weeks rent.
Shorter lease terms can be discussed at a higher rate.
The apartment is currently tenanted by a lovely couple who are looking to continue their travels north and are able to move out and make the apartment available immediately.
