It's with regret we have to sell our much loved home in Norseman. If we hadn't moved to Kalgoorlie for work we would still be there! Here's a bit about it:
2 bedrooms the way we had it set up, but it could be set up as a 3 or 4 bedroom easy enough.
2.4kW solar array on the roof. Since we've stopped living there we've been getting money from Horizon for the power it generates. When we were living there we had much cheaper bills.

We recently modernised the bathroom as we expected to be living there for years to come.
Air conditioned throughout. 2 reverse cycle split systems and a wall mounted air conditioner installed.
Wood fire pot belly heater keeps the whole house warm in winter.
Large grassy backyard, complete with 2 sheds, compost heap and a chicken coup. Just about everything grows well in Norseman as long as you keep the water up to it.
The house has jarrah floorboards throughout, in excellent shape.
The house has one unlined room at the side, which we used as a store room. It wouldn't take much to reline the room to finish it as large tidy bedroom or convert into 2 small bedrooms.
Peaceful area too making this a great home for anyone looking to enjoy the quiet life in Norseman!
