Last Listing description (March 2021)

This family home gives off the best family feeling vibe, it just feels so warm and welcoming. It is quite possibly my favourite home that I've ever walked into. Myaree is an awesome place to live, no matter where you are, but this - this is something special. The outlook is South facing and offers you the rare opportunity that only a handful of homes in the area offer and thats an outlook across Harry Clemens Reserve and beyond onto Marmion Reserve. Where the kids can walk to footy and tee-ball training, or play in the park and they are literally within shouting distance, it's just a perfect family home.

On top of all the space across the road you have over 250sqm of back garden, it is a true Aussie back yard. The large, pitched patio will be great for entertaining, especially with summer almost here and the bore reticulation helps keep the lawns and plants green and healthy. The front of the home offers a lovely decking area where you could easily entertain or just to grab a drink, chill out and watch the world go by as you enjoy one of the best green views Myaree has to offer.

Proximity to the local shops is also another huge tick, with Myaree shopping centre just around the corner featuring a 24/7 IGA, hairdressers, bakery, caf, bottle shop and so much more.

The home itself just has that feel to it, the one when you walk in the front door and think "Yeah I'm home". With a mixture of character from the original home, to the modern fixtures and fittings, the home blends both eras together effortlessly. The jarrah floorboards sprawl from the front door through the living area into the kitchen and dining area and down the hallway.

The kitchen has a huge amount of bench space complemented by a great amount of cupboard space as well, which you are going to need since you're probably going to be having a lot of guests (that probably wont want to leave!). You can open the double doors that go out onto the patio area and voila, you have an indoor/outdoor entertaining area.

Down the hallway you have the master bedroom featuring ample room for a queen - or king-sized bed and your cupboard space running the entire length of the wall.

The kids basically have their own wing, with a second living area that would be great for either a playroom, gaming or a combination of a study area plus TV and gaming.

17 Mullings Way isn't just another house - its a home, a home where youre going to create so many memories and one that like most people in this pocket are never going to want to leave.
