Developed by the Cox family in 2014 from the ground up, this is a turn-key
3000 head cattle farming operation with suitable soil types and rainfall for
their broadacre cropping.
The country is gently undulating with natural drainage into a series of
lakes/swamps. Soil types are sand over gravel or clay with some pockets of
deeper sands and grey clays.
An extensive soil amelioration program is in place. Most cropping paddocks

Pastures are clover and ryegrass dominant and all established within the

than 10 years old. Water comes from several interconnected bores with 3
inch poly mainlines and 2 inch reticulation. Main infrastructure comprises
