Warning: Bids close on Tuesday 22 November!!

Manjimup is a thriving service town with excellent infrastructure, lots of investment happening, very fertile soils and lovely climate.

Only 2 kms to the town centre on a quiet road or new cycle path. Mains power and water, but water pipe needs to be laid again. Dam and sump built recently.

Concrete shed is 17x12m and has 3-phase power with 3 large sliding doors. There is a small hay shed next to a stock trough as well.

Perimeter trees just established.

Inside our fox- and bird-proof netted orchard (40x35m) we have different varieties of citrus, stone fruit, nashi, pear, apple, almond, kiwi, fig and several companion plants for pest mitigation. These trees are on gravity-fed dripper irrigation from the 165KL rain tank.

Zoning is general agriculture, and within townsite so it's easy to get various planning approvals.

Good fences and diverse pasture mix. We never sprayed nasty chemicals, and can provide a soil test.

We're planning a quick sale...don't delay!
