Parks: Kingsway Regional Sporting grounds has playgrounds, duck ponds and picnic areas with BBQ's, and is within walking distance. Also Old Trafford Park is a small park located in the street behind, which has playground equipment, basketball court and a cycle path network for children to ride bikes or scooters on.
