'Leederville is such a vibrant and central area for work and play. Our townhouse in Stamford Street is only a very short stroll from the cafe strip, grocery store and public transport and it made our place the perfect meeting point before breakfast, lunch or dinner out and about! Having a secure car bay was fantastic as we never struggled for a parking spot. Public transport is also easy to access, with the train station also a short walk away. We love the floor plan, especially the second living area and courtyard as they made everything feel extra spacious.'
