We love this century old house for all it s beautiful character and have enhance the original features throughout. We have loved hosting family and friends in the open plan living area and outdoor entertaining space. The location is walking distance to both Leederville and Mount Hawthorn cafe precincts and five minutes drive to the city. Leederville is a very family orientated community with frequent events and festivals that brings everyone together.
