WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
'I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the vibrant inner city suburb of Leederville these past 14 years. I love being able to pop across the road to the Oxford Yard for breakfast, head in to Northbridge for Dim Sum or catch up with friends for drinks in Mount Lawley. It's all so close. It's a low maintenance, secure home which suited my FIFO days and now that I'm working in the city, it's just over a half hour walk home in the afternoon. I will miss my much loved home, with its spacious courtyard for entertaining.nTITLE DETAILS
