As you enter the cottage you are welcomed with a long hallway. To the left you will find a good size lounge with wood fireplace. On the right you will enter into a large main bedroom which has a massive bathroom off it. There is a separate shower, toilet and basin in here with taps and plumbing intact ready to install your own bathtub.

Off the lounge room is a door straight into the refurbished kitchen. At the end of the hallway is another room you can use as a dining room which is long and narrow. There is a small room at the end of the dining room that has plumbing and a recess for a shower, but hasn't been this in awhile. The sleep out has 2 doors, one to the bathroom and one to the dining room. This is also a fairly good size room.

Out the back door you will find a small covered patio that looks out onto some small sheds and a carport. Most of these need some TLC. If you can see past the weeds and work that needs doing you will find a massive 2020m2 block. The current owners have fenced off half of the block.

This house does need someone willing to put in some TLC, but then it will come up beautifully! It is currently tenanted until April 2017 at $190/week.
