Large open plan two storey, three level home with high ceilings and lots of natural light.
Kitchen is part of an enormous open plan living area that overlooks a park with a lake on one side and a swimming pool on the other.
Two huge upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a normal sized one and large workshop not in photos for privacy reasons.

House as is, has a total four bedrooms with two being master size, one with a balcony and one overlooking the pool. One large two door bedroom didn't have the dividing wall built so you could potentially have five, four upstairs and one on the bottom level. House has three toilets two inside showers one outside shower and a large bath.

Home was drawn and designed by my parents. My dad is a builder and architect. The build is high quality down to selection of every material and individual fitting. The house was not built cheaply like most to increase a profit margin.

The pool area featured in design magazines. It is much newer than the house and so is the marble bar and other renovations. The house was not built or renovated to sell but circumstances have changed.

Plumbing and hot water have recently been replaced, so has electrical due to upgrading capacity for new climate control. Individual room touch screen climate control throughout house.
Huge 3 phase work shop with custom Jarrah work bench, vehicle pit and extensive shelving. Significant amounts of time and money have been spent on upgrades and renovations.
Has bore supplied sprinkler system, inside house, front and pool area. Pool pumps etc are all less than 2 years old.
Entire roof was re pointed a few years ago.

The house will come with various art, furniture, electronics, appliances and other things like the pool table, much of it worth tens of thousands and some of it new, we can discuss what you want or don't want and I can sell the rest.

The house could use new carpet, I thought the choice of colour would better left to the next owner.

Reason for sale is that I am permanently moving overseas onto a boat. The inside has been re arranged from the photos as I plan my move and store equipment.

I have phoned Melville council and the block can be subdivided into two green titles which further increases its value.
