The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cutlery, crockery, cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, air conditioning and large ensuite with shower, dual vanity and separate toilet.Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds and bedroom 4 offers 2 single beds and one bunk bed. All of these rooms have built-in robes.The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. A second toilet is also in the laundry.The outdoor entertainment area is just amazing and set up for you to enjoy our coastal, outdoor lifestyle. Cook up a storm in the outdoor kitchen while playing a game of pool or just sitting back and relaxing. There is a large area for the kids to play and plenty of room for all outdoor activities.Dual access to the property gives for plenty of parking and ample of space for the boat.Sleeps up to 10 people in 8 beds.This property is pet friendly, however they must remain outside.
