This 3 bedroom 2 storey home has a gorgeous beachy feel and you know you're at home the second you walk in the door. The lounge room has enough comfy chairs for everyone, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a few board games for those rainy days. Or perhaps you would prefer to snuggle in with a book from the shelf.

The kitchen is well thought out and has everything that you could need to cook up a storm including oven and stove top, microwave and a full size fridge. There is even a BBQ on the back verandah for that Dhuie you just caught!

The bedroom downstairs has a comfy queen bed and a single bed. Block out blinds hopefully means you might get a sleep in too.

Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms with queen beds each and a second lounge area with TV, so you can watch your favourite footy team without fighting for screen time!
It's definitely easy to relax up here..... Drag the small chair setting out onto the balcony and watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
Both levels of the home are now air conditioned.

If you do need to get a little washing done, there is a washing machine, and a good ol' Hills Hoist out the back to make the most of that fresh coastal air.

The backyard is fully enclosed so the kids can play with your peace of mind. That being said, there a few parks and playgrounds within 300m too.
If you've brought your push bikes with you, please feel free to store them in the shed out the back, no cars or boats in the shed though please.

For added security, motion sensor security cameras are fixed to the front of the house and carport.

Shingle Ave beach is just down the end of the road and if you're game.... you can take your 4WD on the sand too.
