The National Trust of Western Australia (NTWA) is seeking detailed EOI proposals for the lease of Central Greenough cafe and visitor centre premises from organisations or individuals with the necessary skills, experience, imagination and financial resources to deliver improved amenity to the cafe and add value to the visitor experience of the wider historic settlement.The cafe and visitor centre building comprises an area of approximately 380m2 with an additional 263m2 of alfresco areas (both subject to final survey). Ample parking accommodates buses, coaches and caravans.Whilst the primary objective of NTWA is to secure an experienced operator for the cafe and visitor centre, this opportunity also has a great potential for the activation of the wider historic settlement with ancillary events and tourist-related services and products.
