The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that if there are carpets or soft floorcoverings at the property they are to be professionally cleaned by a member of the carpet cleaning association at the end of the tenancy. The Tenant further acknowledges that should they choose to have carpets cleaned by a non member of the carpet cleaning association and the job is not to the agents satisfaction, that the Agent shall retain the right to engage their contractor at the Tenants cost.

The Tenant also acknowledges that pets are not to be inside the main dwelling but may be kept out of the elements if necessary to the sunroom to the rear

The following items are to remain at the property and to remain in their current positions:
- Stools and dresser to the main living area
- Tiles to remain in the shed and not to be used or moved

Wooden floors are to be kept clean using the special mop provided. Mop to be filled with cold water plus one cap full of metho. No hot water or detergent to be used on wooden floors due to natural varnish product coating. Mats to be put under desk chairs on wheels if used, to protect the floors.

The pizza oven to the rear garden area can be used by the tenant, jarrah timber is to be used only for the clean particle of the wood and also to ensure that the heat required for the oven is reached
