Last Listing description (March 2012)

Margaret River Beach Shack
Don't muck about, this is an absolute bullet proof, low maintenance, lock up and leave beach shack in an excellent location with great ocean views.
Situated a very easy walk around the corner to world class surf breaks such as Grunters, Gas Point, Boodgie beach breaks and easy walk to eateries such as Gnarabar restaurant and bar, the family friendly Gnarabup swimming beach, boat ramp and the White Elephant beachfront cafe.

Currently operating as a short stay holiday property, its simple yet functional construction and layout is a favourite for holiday makers, where mum and dad can kick back and relax on the deck whilst the kids can walk to the beach and wear themselves out. The views to the ocean to the west are great and can be seen from the deck and various parts of the house. Across the road is a large recreation reserve so no houses to look at and just over the hill the reserve footy oval if the kids have not worn themselves out yet.
The interior is simple and low maintenance but definitely has that 'beachie' feel and tenants would be hard pressed to find a holiday house as easy care as this one.
The biggest problem you risk is being mobbed by your mates to come and stay here once they discover that you have a beach shack in such a great getaway location.
