Last Listing description (March 2018)

This first floor two bedroom, one bathroom unit is on Harborne Street in Glendalough in a large but quiet complex.
The complex sits right on the back of Herdsman Lake. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Glendalough train station, the Glendalough shops, Lake Monger Primary school and the Osborne Park business district. The Subiaco, Leederville and the Mt Hawthorn Cafe strips are all a 5 minute drive away.
The main bedroom is a decent size and has a really big built in robe. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and also has a built in robe. Both bedrooms have beds, bedside tables & lamps. There is a small balcony at the back of the unit with a table and two chairs.

The flat has been recently painted and freshened up throughout. The living room is set up with a couch, dining table & chairs as well as a bookcase. Electronics included in the unit are TV & DVD player, Wii, stereo, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, reverse cycle air conditioner and vacuum cleaner.
There is one covered parking bay allocated to the unit however there is plenty of visitors parking if you have more than one car.
Only non-smokers considered and sorry no pets accepted.
Rent is $290 per week (water consumption is included but you will have to set up pay your own gas and electricity bills). The bond is $1,160 (four weeks rent) and two weeks rent will be required in advance to secure the agreement.
Leases from 6 months to 12 months will be considered with my preference being a 12 month lease.
