It's only about 8 minutes to one of the best if not the best family friendly beach ever - Guilderton Beach. You have to see it to believe it. 20 minutes to Yanchep, 35 minutes to Gin Gin and minutes to the Gravity and Observatory centre. Then there's access to great fishing,surfing, diving and more.

Now about the house, the photos show most of it ... it's almost like walking through a display home at times. I felt I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. The current owners would love to hand this over to a family looking forward to happy times ahead. Like with us all, time marches on and they would like to, down size and move closer to family and grand children. When they first came it was a blank canvas. Now you have all that you need.
