In our Own Words - What our Sellers love!

We bought it over 11 years ago to renovate and sell. But we stayed because it's such a lovely spot and there are so many things, not just the space, that we'll miss when we move to downsize. Here's a shortlist:

Lovely, friendly, and caring neighbours in every single home on the street. We have a couple of Garden Grovers catch-ups each year, usually Australia Day and Easter. Sometimes one just before Christmas.

Walking a cup of coffee down to the lake.

Morning tea sitting on the sunroom step on sunny winter days.

Lazy mornings with tea in bed, soaking up the morning sun flooding in through the full-height windows.

Throwing open the windows on a summer evening after sundown and enjoying the cool breeze flowing through the sunroom and games room.

Listening to the breeze in the trees, and morning bird song. You very rarely hear road noise.

Mornings reading in the shade of the back patio in summer. Afternoons reading in the warm winter sun in the sunroom during the cooler months.

Watching the full moon rise over the trees on the front patio. And the Wanneroo Show fireworks every November.

Cosy winter evenings by the fire.

Looking out over a sea of green and trees (not roofs) on three sides of the house - front, back and north-side.

Mature citrus trees in the garden.

The park and lake are only a stone's throw away, for a game of cricket or footy, or a picnic with the family.

The games room makes a good cinema room.
