“Whoever buys this home will always feel comfortable and relaxed.

The birdlife in the trees around the property is just wonderful and in the evenings we often enjoy the company of Kangaroos who bring their joeys up to the fence line to see what we're up to.

The Luxaflex blinds help keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter and the solid wooden Marri floors feel so nice on bare feet all year round.

Preparing meals is a pleasure in the open plan kitchen which allows the cook join in with the conversation or just to enjoy the views out to the golf course. If you've never owned one before you'll find the steam oven a fantastic way to cook healthy food.

We decided to install solar electricity under the Buy Back System two years ago and since then we have not paid an electric bill.

Last but not least is the outdoor patio area which we use as the lounge for most of the year. Apart from watching the golfers play their round of golf ( you can see them but they can't see you ) it's a very peaceful and private place to relax.
