WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME
We built with Webb & Brown Neaves as we wanted a quality built home that was suitable for family life. It is a spacious home with a very practical floor plan with separate living zones so we're not living on top of one another there are 5 of us!
Whilst it is a big home, it feels homely and comfortable. We have brought up 3 kids in this home and it has been perfect with enough outdoor space for them to run around and not too much yard to look after.
Our favourite room would be the kitchen, we spend a lot of time together in that part of the home. It has loads of storage options and bench space. We often all sit at the breakfast bar at the same time, comfortably!
We enjoy entertaining so investing in the outdoor kitchen/alfresco area has definitely been worthwhile as we use that space all year round.
The kids enjoy having big bedrooms as there is plenty of room for them to play when they have friends over.
The location has been so convenient for schooling and work commitments. It is so central to everything we need access too, including family, convenient shopping and transport options.
WHY ARE THE OWNERS SELLING?
To explore the next chapter of our lives and pursue new opportunities we have decided to sell our home and move to a new area. The neighbourhood has been wonderful for our family but we are excited about what lies ahead.
