Welcome to Rangeview...

Perched high on the hill this tranquil ( 6.56 Ha ) 16 acre property has a unique opportunity to live a quality lifestyle..

So many vantage points to sit, relax and take in the view...

This is a property you have to visit to to truly experience the lifestyle you could live here..

A NOTE FROM THE SELLERS

" In 1994 we had the opportunity to purchase the property now known as Rangeview. When we first arrived it was a bush block with lots of rock and was undeveloped. The driveway was non-existent and the only way to reach the top of the hill was up the fire break. We then realised that this was the spot for our homestead. No water and no power and a shower bag hanging of a tree with a camp oven started our adventurous journey in Clackline.
We have turned this hill, which is the highest residential property north of the highway, into a beautiful homestead. Two paddocks separate the dwellings from the nature reserve behind us and the valley in front has been left as natural bush. This is a comfort zone for the abundance of local wildlife such as kangaroos, possums, echidnas and myriad of varieties of bird life. The private valley which ends with a winter dam has hosted many families and friends who've camped out under full starry skies you just don't get in the city, taking in the stress-free tranquillity that defines the unique quality of our lifestyle here. Rangeview is the domain of what we call 'Clackline moments': the breath-taking rainbows arching across the Bobakine valley, full moon nights, different birdsongs throughout the year, as well as the ever changing scenery of the hills with 360 degree panoramic views. A very private and secure location
We have loved living on this magical hill with all our animals and stock and hope the next owners will enjoy the lifestyle as much as we have. Rangeview is the original name of the area and the Ridge we live on "
