15 minute drive to Perth City, Karrinyup Shopping Centre is 15 minutes away and the local shops in 2 different places all within walking or a couple of minutes drive. Bus stop is literally outside the front door 100m away.

Would well suit a FIFO or mature person.

Asking $600/week for long term occupancy (preferably 6 or 12 months Initially). This property is rented out as accommodation for Lodgers so has the advantage of 2 or 4 week notice at any time. You are not locked into a long term arrangement unless you want to be.
