From the Owners.
44 Barkley Loop was our home for 14 years where we created amazing memories by entertaining, playing and even camped in the back yard on the lawn, having a campfire in the winter to make the experience feel real.
As a family we would take walks around Water Perry lake, kick the footy at the school oval which is a very communal space for many families in the area or walk to the shops for a coffee and ice cream.
Being so close to Excelsior Primary School meant my daughters could walk to school or their friends house for a catch up, and then as they grew older, ride their bikes or catch the bus from around the corner to Canning Vale College.
Everything is so close by: shops, sporting facilities, schools, bunnings, pubs and restaurants. Barkley Loop Canning Vale is part of a close nit community that is safe and everyone looks out for each other. I am sad to leave the area but excited to take on my own new adventures. I hope the family that move into our home enjoy the space as much as we have.
