IN CONJUNCTION WITH TARA PRITTARD OF ALBANY PRESTIGE REALTY.
Absolutely all offer presented.
If you are yet to discover Bremer Bay, you have just got to get here!

Bremer is one of the states most naturally beautiful coastal towns (and one of the states oldest historic stone settlements - c.1848) with a permanent population in the 100's which swells to close to 10,000 in the popular Easter and New Year Holiday periods, and for obvious reason.
Geographically unique on the entire south coast, this region consists of three huge peninsulas offering kilometers of island style coastline protected in any breeze and with ocean moderated temperatures (minimums consistently warmer than the rest of the region) all year round due to the ever present crystal blue waters that this area is renowned for - quite arguably some of the most beautiful waters and swimming beaches in the world. In between the headlands are two massive bays, Dillon Bay and Bremer Bay - azure blue safe anchorages and whale sanctuaries.
The Bremer town site itself is on the banks of the Bremer River and Wellstead Estuary and the shortest of strolls to the tranquil waters of Bremer Bay proper.
The high points on the headlands enjoy spectacular views including those to the east where the steep slopes of West Mount Barren plunge dramatically into the sea. (This mountain and ocean aspect not unlike the view to Mt Warning from Byron Bay for those who are familiar with it.)
Off shore surfing is available in most winds, and quality deep sea fish species are available close to shore due to unusual near shore reef set ups.
The drive to Bremer from Perth is easily achievable in under 5 hours (512Km) and is an immensely enjoyable and memorable one, broken regularly by a range of beautiful and interesting spectacles.
Meander through once grand and historic Wheatbelt towns with impressive architecture highlighting how different times once must have have been in these once once buoyant economic railway towns. Cruise through bright yellow canola fields contrasting against vivid pink salt lakes and marvel on the last part of the route as the road veers around and hugs the base of the striking Stirling Ranges as they rise abruptly from the fields of flowers that surround them.
642 O'Dea Rd, Or 'Dillon Bay' as it is known to its current owner is one of Bremers premium land parcels. A little over 5Km as the crow flies from the Bremer Town Centre and very close to the recent Point Henry Peninsular subdivision (which was divided into many roughly 10 acre coastal lifestyle lots). It has over 2.5Km of frontage to coastal reserve. It abuts the world renowned Fitzgerald River National Park at its Eastern boundary. It comprises roughly half pasture and half coastal dune systems, and has the picturesque Bitter Creek running through it.
Directly out the front are some of the most mesmerising blue waters you are ever likely to see. On my recent visit the ocean directly in front of the property was literally teeming with calving and breaching whales only meters from the shore.
Whether your interest is agricultural, investment, tourism, development, leisure or a combination of the lot, this property just screams potential and opportunity (Enquiries on all of these matters should be made direct to the shire of Jerramungup and no representations are made herewith).
Extremely realistic seller has other exciting ventures pending and has priced this property to sell.
Absolutely all offer presented.
