On Mailman Road, 116.2 Hectares or 287 Acres in the locality of Brazier on Mailman Road, being 11.5km from the South West Highway at Kirup. The property itself is hilly, sitting on excellent fertile mainly granite loam soil types with a small portion of gravel, all of which supports solid stands of mixed clovers and annual grasses that have had a solid application of fertiliser in the past 4 years. The water supply comes from a key dam which is 14 metres deep at its deepest point along with many other potential water sources from soaks and from the creeks.
The 5 paddocks each have a gravity fed tank and trough from the main dam with the 6th paddock having a solar pump to feed supply to it. The main dam also gravity feeds to a 90,000 litre tank which then pumps to the approx. 7000 sq m lawns around the house.
