Ability to lock and leave and travel with peace of mind that their home will be safe when they return
Sense of community - where you know your neighbours and everyone knows your name. You can still be very private and only join in the activities when, and if you want to.
Downsizing - many people are struggling to maintain the large parcel of land they currently live on and find coming to a village they still have the large parcel of land around them (the estate) but they don't have to maintain it
Security - we have security cameras throughout the estate that residents can see on their televisions. We'll also have security gates in the near future
Social life, facilities and activities - residents in a lifestyle village enjoy so many activities all organised by themselves as a social club. These include anything from cooking or sewing classes, to woodwork or metalwork in the workshop or just games and competitions. You'll never be bored in a lifestyle village and you can join in as much or as little as you choose.
One thing all of our residents do have in common is they all say 'we wish they did it sooner!'.
