There's a small holiday cottage and a superb shed with lean-to's on the north and southern sides and may need retrospective approval from the Shire of Collie.
Water is captured in two dams with swales guiding the water to the dams whilst there's a third dam that maintains its water through summer courtesy of the high water table. There is also a winter creek.
The one bedroom cottage has kitchen, dining and lounge areas plus bathroom and toilet. There's also a large patio and rainwater is captured off the roof.
The property isn't connected to the electricity network and power to the house was from a diesel generator. Alongside the shed is a very handy storage container to safely store the quad bikes.
Although the address is Reaper Road, the sign off McAlinden Road is Hart Road.
