Tenant Review:

We were so happy we found 28 Fifth St Bicton.

Three years ago we relocated from Melbourne to Perth. We looked at several houses and the moment we stepped inside 28 Fifth St we had a positive feeling. We signed the lease and haven't looked back.

Our son was just 1.5 years old when we moved in. We have so many wonderful & fun memories of our time in this lovely house.

We have especially loved the playground next door (we've hosted two birthday parties there) the super short walk to Coles, Post Office, Kirby swim & Bicton Primary School.

The house itself has been tastefully renovated by Wayne the landlord. Wayne has been a reasonable and fair landlord. Wayne accepted our old girl Laurie (a rescue dog) and didn't even mind us having Laurie sleep inside over winter. If any maintenance issues arose Wayne was prompt to reply. Nothing has been too much trouble and Wayne has been really easy to get along with.

If you're a family with young children - the huge Jacaranda tree offers ample shade for side walk chalk drawing and the tree is strong enough to hang a swing. Wayne even built a sand pit for our son. The avocado trees produce an abundance of fruit each year and our neighbours and the locals
know us as the "Avocado" house. We've never tasted avocados as smooth and creamy. We will
miss these for sure.

My son has just turned 5 and asked me if we can drive back to this house and ride the bike / scooter to school (Bicton Primary) every day.

This house has been a wonderful home for us and we hope that the new tenants create as many memories as we have during our time here. We're sad to move on but we have decided to stay in Perth and have purchased our own home just a few minutes away.
