Lawnbrook Estate, better known as The Packing Shed at Lawnbrook, was established in 1896 by ACR Loaring (formerly of Margaret River). Lawnbrook was eventually divided up into smaller acreage and the citrus trees were removed and replaced with just over an acre of grapevines in the mid-1980s. The current owners acquired the estate and reopened The Packing Shed @ Lawnbrook in 2017 after renovating.
