Last Listing description (February 2020)
The Govt. was being generous in giving you guys a $15,000 Grant if you bought a new house, which costs on average between $400,000 - $450,000 including the tiny 200sqm block of land, where it is going to be built.
The Big Builders & Developers have probably already factored that $15,000 into their price and put that $15,000 plus, on top of their already high costs.
In my opinion the WA Govt. are already in bed with these big builders and it is about time everyone became aware of it, theyve been putting it over us for far too long. Owner willing to take trade-in deposit from a country home.
My client is from Victoria and he asked me, why does it take so long to sell an established house at these prices? I told him its because the Govt. stopped the grant that used to go to FHB for established homes. I told him, his home is worth approximately $265,000 he said well knock $15,000 off the top and sell it for $250,000, so thats the price Im going to sell it for, to you.
Now lets get real guys, a 4 bedroom house with a separate lounge, high ceilings and a large family room extension, as well as a large brick fire place and air-conditioner, sitting on a 740sqm block, with a lock up garage and carport and this guy is willing to let it go for $250,000.
You guys would have to be nuts, if you didnt at least come down and check it out. Hes painted throughout, and renovated bits and pieces on the way through.
Its a lovely street in the hills, located about 100 metres from a primary school, supermarket and bottle shop. Only 2 minute drive to Midland Gate Shopping Centre, Railway/Bus Terminal, Midland Hospital and Brand New College being built in 2020.
