Head east approximately 15km on the scenic meandering Beela Road from Brunswick to arrive at your getaway.
Lot 1 is hilly and undulating with views, native forest and pine wildlings.
There isn't much in the way of fencing, but the air is fresh, the kangaroos are healthy as are the possums and abundant birdlife. The Lunenburgh River exits the forest on the eastern boundary and flows along the southern boundary flowing west towards and into the Brunswick River.
Roads built by the logging company for removal of the pines many years ago criss-cross the property. The roads are steep in some places and eroded in other places, so bring your off road 4wd vehicle.
The good news is this block is fantastic value ($2,345 / acre). It is scenic, secluded and out of the way. An ideal block for a getaway abode, or one to be transformed back to forestry.
