Architectural designed from North American plans, all specifications are engineer checked.
Build between 1991 1995, the home is of two storey construction, built of solid, quarried, limestone blocks from Carabooda. Due to the high insulating quality of limestone and high ceilings this home requires no air conditioning.
Karri and Jarrah, the roof is covered in concrete tile. Upstairs bedrooms have insulated ceilings. Extensive use of plantation pine in ceilings. Exposed beams feature throughout. Main bedroom and dining room feature ornate cornice and ceiling roses.
