'For 28 years we have loved living in our home. It is ideal for bringing up a family, with the beautiful pool and several covered outdoor areas perfect for entertaining. The lush garden has delighted us, our family and friends. We have enjoyed the security and privacy from the street. The internal layout of rooms is spacious and gives seclusion too. The custom designed kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in. We have found the second bathroom to be thoughtfully planned, so that it is able to be used by several people at the same time. The study has a very spacious built in desk. Every window has a lush garden view. The automatic bore retic makes gardening a breeze. The North/South orientation, fans and air conditioning keep the house beautifully cool in summer. Living in Alexander Heights has been wonderful as it is a convenient location. The city, beaches and the Swan Valley are reasonably close. Buses are nearby. Our block facing the local Primary School is a wonderful setting, almost like overlooking a park. We regularly took our children to the nearby parks and bush reserves, which have a magnificent display of wildflowers in springtime'.
